About

My name is Steve Lindhorst. I teach people how to use the internet to make money.

I've taught tens of thousands at eBay Live!, trade shows, and eBay University seminars around the United States. I've also written many articles, and two eBooks that have rapidly sold hundreds of copies.

I sincerely enjoy helping people break through the confusion of the many selling platforms. I especially enjoy taking something that is complicated and making it simple.

Hi Steve, We have sold on ebay for a number of yrs and more recently stumbled into Amazon selling. We became Pro Merchants and also sell books with FBA. I recently had difficulty with a listing on Amazon, and phoned Amazon, and they explained that we were Pro Merchants on an “individual” selling platform ? not on a professional ( I think that was their terminology) platform… its all very confusing and for the first time, we are not getting very good explanation from Amazon. We’ve scoured their website, too, and are not finding an explanation of this differentiation in their selling plans. Are you knowledgeable about these various Amazon selling platforms, and do you have any advice about how to get a better “handle” on them ? THANKS SO MUCH ! Love all the info you so generously share !

I recently purchased Quick Niche Profits from The Multichannel Surfer and was not particularly pleased with the product. I wrote a brief note in this venue regarding my purchase and lightly hinted that a refund would be appreciated. I really was not looking for a refund – I was merely fishing for a response (that I frankly did not expect). Well, lo and behold, within a couple of hours I received a notification from PayPal that the purchase sum of $4.97 had been refunded to my account! Imagine my surprise!
BOTTOM LINE: Evidently Steve Lindhorst is a standup guy and I learned by this exercise that he is trustworthy and he stands behinds his products. You can’t say that about a lot of Internet gurus! Not only will I recommend Steve’s website to others, I will not hesitate to purchase any of his products in the future. Nice going, Steve, and thank you!

Steve, I love your newsletter and I’m intrigued by your info on niche websites/wordpress. I must admit I’m not super tech savy. Where do I start??? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Ellen

Hello Steve,
Thanks for your great information. I am new at all this, and I am excited to start making some good money. I’m finding though that I get all pumped up and find out that some info is geared for U.S. residents, like Amazon FBA program. Any suggestions for your neighbours to the north in Canada? Thanks, Indra

Hi Indra,
It looks as though Amazon.ca is moving ever closer to the Amazon.com model. They are even trying to get set up for FBA – although the Canadian Booksellers Association is resisting it pretty strongly. Here is a link to the latest I’ve seen: http://www.publishersweekly.com/article/452561-Canadian_Booksellers_Object_to_Amazon_s_Fulfillment_Plans.php

Hey Steve,

Awesome newsletter! The issues are PACKED with useful information that I can use to make a real financial difference in my life!
Question: I’d like to start selling clickbank products. Now, I know you recommend Michael Jones’ clickbank code but he also now has the affiliate code. Which of the two would you recommend I get?

Thanks,

Tom

Steve,

I am really interested in your experience with FBA. How do you choose a price for the items you list for this model?

Thanks!

Tom

Hello, glad I signed up for the newsletter, lots of useful information. I do have a question, it seems most of your articles and information is geered towards US citizens, ebay.com etc., I use ebay.ca for example. I was reading your story about The Rich Jerk. Is it more for American citizens than Canadian? I would like to use a drop shipper and signed up for Doba last fall. I never used them. I saw dollar signs and signed up and then found I could sell stuff but it was US only. There are no really good Canadian dropshippers from what I understand. Long story short, paying to get the Rich Jerk ebook, is it beneficial to a Canadian seller or a waste of money? Hope to hear form you. Thanks, Randy
