Thanks Michael. Good suggestion. The dust jacket can move and we could get floor polish on the book.

And yes, I do like Tanqueray – for the regular gin. I LOVE a gin called Citadel though.

Hi Steve, Great idea and so simple. May I offer a suggestion. Take the DJ off the book and lay flat when applying polish, and only handle it once. So, you like Tanqueray?

Great idea regarding using Future Polish to refurbish book covers – would you object if I linked or embedded your video on my wargames and modelling blog, where I posted about another use for the polish relating to improving painting finish of miniature figurines and models?

On a related topic, I have searched for years to find Future (or Klear as it was called in the UK) over here in Thailand, even to the point of contacting SC Johnson, the manufacturers (who passed me over to a dead email address for their Thailand sales rep). Any chance you could contact me with regard to my buying a bottle or two from you? It really is impossible to find here in Thailand and I have so many projects that need it to get them finished off – all model and miniatures related.

This is about Mr. Cockrum’s web page which was linked to your recent issue — I filled out the Email form to “subscribe” and waited, and nothing happened; then tried to fill it out and send it again, and got a reply saying I had allready done so. Only thing was, I never received any Email from his site (which I am supposed to return in order to properly “subscribe” — big deal. I think before I invest $27, or devote any time to this gentleman’s ideas, I’d like to see some evidence that he lives up to an offer, etc. Thanks
