If you schedule an appointment with yourself to write an article from 3:00 - 4:00pm, you will keep that appointment with yourself. It you put it on a "to-do" list, it never gets done. In at least one of the many sales training courses I took, it was advised to "dress for the office" when making cold calls on the telephone from home.
