Bruce,

I understand completely. In my case so far with FBA, making more money meant getting better books at cheaper prices and then pricing them right. I lost a little on the first few till I figured it out. Now my sales are better and I'm moving higher priced books. Thank goodness I have some great thrift stores and library sales to depend on. Don't give up!

I started on Amazon because of your book and am making some incremental sales but it is not killer. I tried the FBA program and my sales jumped a lot, but my profits were almost nothing after they deducted all the fees. I am in limbo now wondering if there is another approach.

You might want to tell Mr. Holmquist that he doesn't have the signup form on his e-book page. There's no email on it, either. Thanks!

Hi Brian,

I sent in about 200 books to try Amazon FBA after reading Nathan's ebook. Of course the first time was the hardest, but it gets easier. The advantage I have seen is positioning in search results. In the past few days I've sold inventory that sat in my garage for a year. I can only assume that since FBA allows my items to be available for Prime members and Super-Saver shipping (which also gives me better exposure) I'm selling more.

I'm going to do a real in-depth article on this in an upcoming issue. I've only got a few weeks under my belt so far - so I'm tracking and taking notes. FBA will be a whole section in my upcoming advanced Amazon book as well. My suggestion till then is - give it a try, even in a limited way.

Hi Pam,

Give it a try in a different browser if you can. Let me know if you still can't get it and I'll see what I can do.

Steve,

Congratulations on your upcoming hard copy of your book! Being ADHD myself, I can completely empathize with how difficult the project was and how satisfying it must have been to look at the (almost) finished product!

I always look forward to getting the email notice of when you add to the MultiChannel Surfer blog. It is short and filled with so much useful information, that once I read it, I can't wait to act on the suggestions that work for me. Most of the other blogs I subscribe to, "tell me what to do." I know they don't mean to SOUND scolding, but it's like, they don't understand the special challenges an ADHD person has to go through to do things that are simple for other people.

BTW, you are not a procrasinator, you are a perfectionist!

Now I am off to read Nathan's book! Hope you are having a great day and thanks for your great info, as always!

Warm regards,
Maria Keller
